1. Definition of Wisception

"Giác" (Awareness) is a unique substance with the capacity to Perceive and Know (Perceive-Know), and it is the only substance possessing this ability.

Only Giác has the ability to Perceive-Know Giác itself.

All cognitive activities contain the act of Perceive-Know; thus, Giác must be involved in these processes. When Giác participates in these activities, it is commonly referred to as Visual Awareness (Thị Giác), Auditory Awareness (Thính Giác), Gustatory Awareness (Vị Giác), Olfactory Awareness (Khứu Giác), Tactile Awareness (Xúc Giác), Intellectual Awareness (Tri Giác), Emotional Awareness (Cảm Giác), etc.

Cognitive activity consists of two fundamental components: Perceive-Know and Creation. These two components can combine and reinforce each other, leading to more complex forms of perception, creativity, or cognition.

When Giác merges with a specific characteristic, it "Receives" that characteristic and transforms it into one of its own capacities-its capacity to Perceive-Know that particular characteristic. This newly formed capacity is called "Tuệ" (Wisdom).

The first distinction of Tuệ is its function of observing and seeking a specific characteristic that corresponds to the one that had merged with Giác to bring Tuệ into existence. When Tuệ observes, searches for, and finds that corresponding characteristic, we say that it has become "Known" (Biết).

When elements or concepts are created to represent what has been Perceive-Known by Giác, the process of cognition is formed.

The second distinction of Tuệ is the characteristic that it is observing and seeking. This characteristic is referred to as the "Sắc" (Form/Aspect) of Tuệ. Since different Tuệ possess distinct forms, they are collectively called "Tuệ Sắc". In this context, Tuệ Sắc can be understood as "Wisdom-manifestation"-distinct expressions of wisdom, each characterized by the specific characteristic it Perceive-Knows.

The third distinction of Tuệ is its impermanence and instability, which depend on the degree of Giác’s focus on its characteristics -whether it is more or less concentrated.

When Tuệ Sắc (Wisdom-Manifestation) arises from Giác’s integration with elements and concepts created or synthesized by the brain, it is referred to as Wisdom (Trí Tuệ). Wisdom contains within it countless Tuệ Sắc, each corresponding to different aspects of cognition and understanding.

Tuệ Giác (Wisception) is the collective body of Wisdom-manifestations that pertains to Giác - these are Wisdom-manifestations capable of recognizing the Perceive-Know activities of Giác. Specifically, they recognize what characteristics Giác is receiving, what Wisdom-manifestations are being generated, what each Wisdom-manifestation has Perceive-Known, is Perceive-Knowing, or will Perceive-Know, and the strength or weakness of the Perceive-Know capacity within each Wisdom-Manifestation.

When a Wisdom-manifestation related to Self-Mastery emerges, it has the capacity to Perceive-Know the characteristic of Self-Mastery. When this Wisdom-manifestation focuses on recognising the Self-Mastery of Giác, it can lead to the unification of three elements: Giác, Wisdom-manifestation, and Self-Mastery, thus giving rise to a Subject of Wisception-a Subject capable of the Perceive-Knowing, operating, and advancing other Wisceptions and Wisdom-manifestations.

2. Definition of Civilization

"Văn" refers to the distinctive beauties of humankind-beauties that exist in, belong to, or are accessible to humans. These qualities are either entirely absent or extremely rare in other animal species or in non-sentient entities.

"Minh" signifies illumination-absolute clarity and transparency. It refers to the act of Perceive-Knowing something clearly and distinctly or to a state that can be Perceive-Known in such a manner.

"Văn Minh" (Civilization) is the distinctive beauty of humankind-beauty that exists in, belongs to, or is accessible to humans-and such beauty can be Perceive-Known with absolute clarity and transparency by humankind.

Depending on the Perceive-Know capacity and creative ability of humans, civilization may manifest through tangible or intangible, material or immaterial elements that are connected to humans or human life.

3. Definition of the Civilization of Enlightened Wisdom

The Civilization of Wisception consists of civilizational elements or collections of civilizational elements that embody the characteristic of Wisception.

The first element of the Civilization of Wisception is Wisception itself becoming an integral component of civilization-a significant and distinguished part of civilization, worthy of human appreciation and pursuit. Wisception can serve as a criterion for evaluating or determining the civilizational level of an individual, a community, a society, or an era.

The second element of the Civilization of Wisception is that Wisception enables individuals to experience civilization in a more profound, expansive, and meaningful way, drawing from the civilizational values already in existence. Through Wisception, people Perceive-Know and fully appreciate the richness of the world around them, their own lives, and their intrinsic values.

The third element of the Civilization of Wisception is the active participation of Wisception in the creative process of civilization, shaping new forms, levels, and dimensions of civilization that are more innovative, expansive, and profound. Examples of such new civilizational elements, such as: Living Wisception as an enlightened way of life for individuals; Cultural and artistic expressions infused with Wisception; Scientific disciplines reshaped by Wisception.

The Endeavor for the Civilization of Wisception is a collection of ideas, models, and solutions aimed at advancing the formation of the Civilization of Wisception across various scales, levels, subjects, and fields.
The Endeavor for the Civilization of Wisception was proposed by author Trần Thế Công, continuously expanded by him, and open to further contributions and developments from individuals and organizations.

According to this theory, there are seven levels of Wisception:
1. Wiscension (Wisdom + Ascension) - Sơ Giác.
2. Wisintellect (Wisdom + Intellect) - Tri Giác .
3. Wisception (Wisdom + Perception) - Tuệ Giác.
4. Wiscomplete (Wisdom + Complete) -Viên Giác.
5. Wisthentic (Wisdom + Authentic)- Chánh Giác.

Wisception Citizens (Công dân Tuệ Giác)
Wisception Citizens are individuals characterized by their recognition, activation, and operation of Wisception.

This enables them to Perceive-Know their own cognitive and perceptual activities, unlocking the ability to master all mental states and cognitive processes within themselves.

Wisdomancer Citizens (Công dân Diệu Giác)
Wisdomancer Citizens are distinguished by their complete mastery of all dimensions of Wisception, achieving absolute control over all mental states and cognitive activities.

They possess deep understanding, empathy, and harmony with all beings and have the ability to guide and support others in expanding their Wisception, regardless of their current level or condition.

The Edenearth Covenant
The core statement of the Edenearth Covenant is:
"Every individual has the responsibility to support and assist others in pursuing or achieving the life they dream of, except when such aspirations directly conflict and no resolution can be found."

(The term Edenearth is derived from: "Eden", symbolizing an ideal, harmonious existence and "Earth", representing the real, tangible world in which we live)

The Edenearth Covenant is made possible by three fundamental factors:
First, throughout history, the world's major religions have upheld the essence of the Edenearth Covenant in various forms, advocating for mutual support, ethical responsibility, and the pursuit of a meaningful life.

Second, humanity has reached a pivotal moment where scientific and technological advancements-especially in AI-have the potential to fully satisfy the physical, emotional, and social needs of every individual.

The Theory of "Primal Aspirations"
This theory consists of three main propositions:
First Proposition: All human drives and manifestations of life are, at their core, Primal Aspirations. These Primal Aspirations propel individuals to seek, experience, and create values that are increasingly meaningful, virtuous, and profound.

Second Proposition: All drives or manifestations of life that are considered negative arise because Primal Aspirations have not been developed in the right direction, causing them to solidify, become stuck, and form psychological confinements.

It manifests as an inability to break free from persistent worries, fears, competitiveness, or possessiveness, resulting in psychological discomfort and limitation.)

These psychological confinements:
- Trap and confine the motivational force of the Primal Aspiration.
- Obstruct or overshadow other Primal Aspirations, both within the individual and in others.

Third Proposition: The very substance of psychological confinement is also Primal Aspirations. However, only Wisception at the appropriate level can recognize, release, and guide these trapped Primal Aspirations onto the right path.

The Evolutionary Covenant
The core principle of the Evolutionary Covenant states:"All individuals have the responsibility to care for, inspire, guide, and support one another in recognizing, pursuing, and fulfilling the meaningful and virtuous values they have recognized, pursued, or attained."

The Evolutionary Covenant is widely accepted due to three key driving forces:
First, the aspiration for self-development and inner growth has become a fundamental motivation for all individuals in the Information Civilization.

Second, people realize that much of their past development and progress was achieved by creating difficulties or hindrances for others. In some cases, they even shifted all burdens and risks of their own progress onto others. Therefore, individuals should voluntarily take responsibility for sharing the difficulties, pressures, burdens, and risks of others' development and growth.

Third, people recognize that Reincarnation and Samsara (the cycle of rebirth, the cycle of birth and death) are real. By inspiring and guiding others to cultivate essential virtues and values, one also strengthens and stabilizes their own capacity for growth in future lifetimes.

The scientific spirit is highly regarded, enabling civilization to extend beyond pure sensory-driven needs. As a result, cultural, artistic, intellectual, and philosophical life flourishes and expands among many individuals..

Represents a regression of the Civilization of Wisintellect.
People prioritize and elevate information over true knowledge, valuing material wealth for sensory gratification rather than pursuing an intellectual way of life.
Social structures are shaped by Egoism combined with widespread information disorder and information toxicity.
Cultural, artistic, intellectual, and philosophical life deteriorates, following misguided trends that indulge in the darker aspects of sensory, emotional, and ego-driven desires. Psychological confinements accumulate extensively, spreading across societies on a massive scale.

Represents an advancement beyond the Civilization of Wisintellect.
People respect and strive toward self-mastery over intellectual awareness and other sensory faculties.
Social structures are built upon the principles of Self-awareness, Self-mastery, and Self-voluntary commitment, fostering stability, resilience, and opportunities for growth for all individuals.
Cultural, artistic, intellectual, and philosophical life flourishes to its fullest potential, yet remains balanced, free from distortions, extremism, or loss of control, as each individual possesses a strong foundation of Self-awareness, Self-mastery, and Self-voluntary commitment.

B. Civilization Components

1. Sentiment-oriented Wisintellect (Văn minh Hữu Tình Giác)

This form of civilization only emerges from the level of Wisintellect Civilization and is a variation of it.
It embodies internal contradictions and struggles, as well as the accumulation and convergence of Wiscension and Wisintellect.
It is unstable and often regresses to the Wiscension level, diverges towards Faith-oriented Wisintellect or Imagination-oriented Wisintellect, or progresses towards Wisception Civilization.

2. Faith-oriented Wisintellect (Văn minh Tín Tri Giác)

This form of civilization only emerges from the level of Wisintellect Civilization and is a variation of it.
It eliminates the drive for exploration and experience, instead reinforcing stability and preservation.
It is extremely stable but develops at an extremely slow pace.
Religious and faith-based tendencies become dominant, but are unified.
It lacks the ability to change on its own, unless influenced by more powerful civilizations, such as Imagination-oriented Wisintellect or Wisception Civilization.

3. Imagination-oriented Wisintellect (Văn minh Tưởng Tri Giác)

This form of civilization only emerges from the level of Wisintellect Civilization and is a variation of it.
It eliminates emotional and personal sentiments while reinforcing exploration and creativity.
It experiences strong development over an extended period but eventually collapses due to the lack of sustainable connections between its components and individuals.
It tends to advance science and technology in a way that prioritizes control and mastery over the material world while neglecting the inner aspects of human nature.
It can remain stable if combined with Faith-oriented Wisintellect or progress into Wisception Civilization if integrated with both Faith-oriented Wisintellect and Sentiment-oriented Wisintellect.
