AN OPEN LETTER TO THE GOVERNMENTS
OF NATIONS PURSUING
HUMANISTIC VALUES

Esteemed Sirs/Madams,

We believe that for a new mission, a new era, or a new civilization to truly unfold, it requires not only new theories but also individuals, organizations, and nations that are prepared to live for what is right, sustainable, and humanistic for the future of humanity.

Therefore, we have penned these open letters – as gateways to dialogue and resonance. Each letter represents a profound introspection and a sincere message to individuals, or representatives of organizations and nations.

We have sent out personalized letters with our utmost effort to understand, empathize, and share. And now, we wish to publicly release this letter with its universal spirit.

If you find that the words in this letter resonate with something deep within you, perhaps it is not merely a coincidence. It may well be a convergence of missions directed toward a brighter future for humankind.

To the esteemed Nation,

I extend to you my most sincere and respectful greetings.

How wondrous is the existence of a single human being. And infinitely more miraculous is the existence of a nation, a people. For such an existence not only multiplies the life of each individual but also amplifies the profound values of culture, civilization, and the humanistic spirit that generations have collectively nurtured, inherited, and advanced.

I cherish every nation and people as I cherish my own homeland—not because of geographical or historical boundaries, but because of the humanistic and enlightening spirit that quietly resides in the soul of every person on this planet.

In a world confronting a series of crises—psychological, ethical, existential, and in sustainable development—I believe it is time for humanity to embrace a new direction. We need a philosophical, educational, and spiritual foundation profound enough to restore traditional values, enhance individual character, and chart a course for stable, harmonious, and humanistic development for all of society.

Moved by this concern, my associates and I have initiated a non-profit program, the “Wisdom Enlightenment Civilization Initiative,” with the objective of formulating a new system of knowledge and training. This system is designed to foster the comprehensive development of human intellect, ethics, character, and inner freedom. Concurrently, this initiative aims to establish more enlightened and sustainable societal models, thereby helping to regenerate the developmental impetus of our era.

We believe that the responsibility to forge these new paths lies not only with individuals but is also the historic duty of every nation and people—particularly those nations that champion the values of enlightenment, progress, and universal humanism.

In the developmental history of your nation—a place that has historically centered education, human rights, or intellectual enlightenment—I believe you can become a pioneering nucleus for a more profound civilization, with Wisdom as its foundation. We are confident that your nation is uniquely positioned to be a vanguard partner in piloting and implementing the programs of the Wisdom Enlightenment Civilization Initiative.

Potential forms of collaboration include:

  • Supporting the dissemination and propagation of the initiative within society;
  • Endorsing the development of a new scientific paradigm—the Science of Wisdom;
  • Piloting Wisdom Education models at various levels;
  • Researching and developing Enlightenment AI and wisdom-oriented cultural and social policies.

I earnestly hope for an opportunity to present to you in greater detail the vision, implementation methodology, and comprehensive potential of this initiative—not merely for the glory of any single nation, but for the collective mission of all humanity in the 21st century.

Enclosed, please find an overview of the initiative and our contact information.

Respectfully,

Tran The Cong
