PROJECT: THE “INSTITUTE OF WISCEPTION”

As part of the short-term roadmap to lay the foundation for the Civilization of Enlightened Wisdom, we are launching several key initiatives to awaken perception and offer transformative experiences to various groups of learners. Among them, the “Institute for Research & Development of the Science of Wisception” is the most foundational and long-term project — aiming to establish an internationally recognized institution for education and research, dedicated to cultivating future generations of scholars, scientists, and civilization builders.

The Institute for Research & Development of the Science of Wisception is not merely a training center — it is an academic, practical, and awakening hub where human beings are guided to awaken the deepest capacities of Wisdom, Ethics, and spiritual values.

Our objectives include:

• Educating tens of thousands of students and researchers annually in fields related to perception, wisdom, spirituality, and cultural enlightenment.


• Offering a new educational model — where science, philosophy, and inner cultivation converge and mutually support one another.


• Becoming a convergence point for researchers, educators, spiritual leaders, and international organizations who share the ideal of shaping a new civilization founded on Wisception.


• Laying the intellectual and organizational groundwork to advance the core directions of Wisception Science, Liberal Science, and Unified Science.

• Phase 1 – Preparation (2025–2026):
